Working closely with product, engineering and research teams, we redesigned our marketplace visibility mechanics to reward exceptional service, resulting in a 17% increase in guest satisfaction across our brands.

Expedia—Making design critiques better for everyone
How do you make design reviews less painful and more valuable? I created HEROES, a framework inspired by Six Thinking Hats and BlaBlaCar's simplification reviews (because why reinvent the wheel?). The result? Our team transformed those awkward feedback sessions into energizing conversations that actually drive better design.
